How it works

Send Us The Drawings — Or Just The Concept

  • PDF plans, CAD files, a schedule of quantities, or a marked-up sketch — any stage from concept to construction documentation works. (Use the form, takes a minute)
  • We come back with buildability feedback, the right gauge and fixing details for each element, and itemised pricing — steel and freight, per line item.
  • CAD shop drawings for your approval before anything is cut. Nothing goes into fabrication until you’ve signed off.

We Fabricate The Package And Deliver To Site

  • Every element cut, folded and welded in-house at our Berkeley NSW workshop — same steel, same welders, consistent finish across the entire order.
  • Volume without the quality drift: unit 180 gets the same welds as unit 1. Oversized pieces are fabricated as modular sections for on-site assembly.
  • Staged delivery to match your construction program, Australia-wide — or your installer collects from Berkeley.

Commercial & Architectural FAQ

Yes — that’s the point of this page. Recent orders include a supply package around $200,000 for a heritage building restoration and a full precinct fit-out of planters and decorative screens. Production runs are scheduled so unit 180 gets the same welds and the same patina as unit 1, and delivery is staged so your site isn’t buried in steel it can’t use yet.

That’s our preferred starting point. Send PDF plans, CAD files or a schedule of quantities and our design team works straight from them. If something in the documentation won’t survive fabrication or freight, we flag it before it costs you a variation — gauge, fixing details, drainage, footings, the lot.

Always. You approve CAD shop drawings for every element before anything is cut. On multi-item packages that means one drawing set, one approval, one accountable supplier — not four vendors interpreting the same spec four different ways.

Everything is fabricated in-house from Australian steel, and we’re a registered supplier on buy.nsw. Material certificates are available on request for project documentation.

It depends on scope, so we don’t pretend otherwise — but your quote comes with a fabrication schedule, and volume orders run in stages so the first deliveries land while later units are still in production. Tell us your program dates in the form and we’ll tell you straight whether they’re achievable.

Yes — Australia-wide, sequenced to your construction program. Oversized units that exceed standard freight are fabricated as modular sections for on-site assembly. Unloading at site is by others (forklift or crane depending on the pieces) — we confirm weights and lift points with your site team before dispatch.

Only supply — engineered to be installed fast: fully welded, pre-finished, ready to place, with drawings your landscaper or builder can work from. Installation support is available on select projects — ask when you send the scope.

Tell us the stage and we quote to match. Early design gets honest budget numbers to keep the corten in the job. Tender stage gets firm, itemised, per-element pricing including freight to site — so your submission holds up and there’s no surprise at award.

Then we’ll say so. The workshop also fabricates in powder-coated aluminium and stainless steel — common on rooftops, coastal sites and anywhere corten run-off or weight rules it out. One supplier, mixed materials, matched dimensions.

While the patina forms it can bleed a little colour — on architectural work that’s a detail, not a surprise. Depending on the element we’ll spec sealed bases, trays, setbacks or drainage details so run-off never becomes the client’s problem, and we’ll flag it at shop-drawing stage, not after handover.

Because corten from two workshops never quite matches — different gauge, different mill batches, patinas that weather at different rates. One workshop means consistent steel, consistent welds, one delivery program and one phone number when something on site needs answering.

Adam reviews the scope — usually same day. If the drawings raise questions we call before we quote, then you get itemised pricing within 2 business days. Shop drawings follow your go-ahead, fabrication follows your approval. Nothing’s locked in until you’re happy.
